Join Elle & Fern for an hour of connection, light breathwork and a heart opening meditation.

Together we will share what we are feeling in a safe space, we will breathe through it and expand our hearts through a visual-guided mini-meditation.

This is a complimentary event for our beautiful LA community who was affected by the fires and anyone else who is needing aligned connection and healing.
